Our Philosophy

We want to help you get back on the path to living a "Good Life"

Yes, everyone wants this. But what does this really mean?

We believe that living a "Good Life" has little to do with money. Rather, a "Good Life" is one that is inspired by love (for your inner circle and humankind in general), guided by knowledge, enhanced by creativity, motivated by curiosity and grounded by purpose.

Nothing of great value comes for free or with little effort. As your mental health is always at the top of your "What's Important" list, we recognize and embrace the idea that helping improve your mental wellness requires dedication and passionate effort.

Putting aside the common "labels" of depression, anxiety, ADHD, addictions, etc., being mentally healthy is really everything. It's feeling energetic, confident and connected to the people you love. It's having a clear mind, feeling motivated and able to make decisions. The quality of your mental health defines your life. It's the glue of your relationships. And it enables you to cope with life's inevitable challenges and losses.

Nobody is completely mentally healthy. And no one is totally mentally unhealthy. We all have aspects of our mental health which could improve. We can feel more confident, connected, clear minded and happy. Does this mean that everyone needs to see a psychiatrist or mental health professional? Of course not. But many people come to a point in their lives when they feel so frightened, overwhelmed or "beaten down" that they can't function well or enjoy life. This is when professional help is needed.

As a diverse group of mental health practitioners, we are able to diagnose and treat a broad range of psychiatric disorders in children, adolescents, and adults. But as mental health professionals, we like to see ourselves as specialists in the promotion of what fundamentally makes life a wonderful and fulfilling experience - being mentally healthy! Please explore this website to learn more about our practice. Please call, text or email our office using the links below if you have any additional questions.

We look forward to hearing from you!
